Fergpost Tools is a growing collection of free tools for freelancers, small businesses and anyone with work to get done. Open a tool, use it, and get on with your day. There is no account to create and nothing to install.

What we are about
Running a small business or a freelance practice means doing a lot of small jobs. You send an invoice, work out what to charge, track your expenses and hours, plan your posts, set money aside for tax, tidy a block of text or make a QR code for a flyer. Most of these jobs are simple, yet the tools for them often sit behind sign-up forms, trial periods or large software suites that do far more than you need.
We build the opposite. Each tool does one job, opens straight away and works the way you would expect. You should be able to finish what you came to do in a few minutes and leave with something you can use: a finished invoice, a number you can rely on, a file you can send.
Fergpost Tools is made by Fergpost, an independent studio that builds websites, web tools and software for creators and small businesses.

Every tool is free, with no trial period and no sign-up. Open it and start.
Private by default
What you type stays in your browser. Your invoices, expenses, tasks and settings are saved on your own device, not on our servers, and we cannot see them.
Runs on your device
Nothing to install. Once a tool has loaded, it does its work on your computer, phone or tablet.
Checked before it ships
We test every tool before it goes live, including checking calculator results against separately written reference calculations. You should still review any figure before you rely on it.
Details we care about
- Tracked hours and estimates can be sent to the Invoice & Quote Studio, so you do not have to retype anything.
- The tax estimator has editable presets for the United States, the United Kingdom and The Bahamas, so you can adjust it for your own situation.
- Many tools let you download a backup of your work and restore it later or on another device.
- Every page works on a phone and has a dark mode.
- The tools are built to be used with a keyboard and are checked with accessibility tools.
Where we are headed
We add new tools one at a time and keep improving the ones that are here. We are also planning optional accounts, called Fergpost Pro, for people who want to sync their work between devices and keep cloud backups. The tools on this site are meant to stay free to use without an account.
